Return & Exchange Policy

All our products come with a 3-months warranty, so if something goes wrong along the way, be sure to let our support team know via [email protected].

 RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns and exchanges for:

  1. Customized and personalized item (items which has been customized based on your specific requirements).
  2. Sale and value buy items (items on discount).
  3. Products obtained from sources other than metimeart.com and outlets (original invoices must be provided).
  4. Products that have been damaged by abuse or negligence (e.g. exposure to chemicals, sharp objects, caustic substances etc.);
  5. Products that have been damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purposes.

Except for the above,

We ACCEPT returns and exchanges for:

  1. Products with manufacturing defects;
  2. Products that are unused;
  3. Products in the original state of packaging;
  4. Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

All decisions are subject to the final inspection and discretion of Metime Art. Return of items is not a guarantee of exchange or refund.

COST OF RETURN/EXCHANGE

You are responsible for costs associated with returning the item(s) to us. We cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use trackable courier service.

Once your return has been received:

  1. Please allow up to 7 business days after your return has been received by our head office for your exchange/refund to be processed.
  2. A final inspection will be done to ensure that the returned product fulfills our return/exchange policies before processing
  3. An exchange is subject to stock availability
  4. In the event where the exchange stock is unavailable, you may opt for:
    1. Exchange with a different item
    2. Refund
